services we offer
In addition to supplying and installing the best computer
and office security products on the market, we also provide
the following services to our customers:
On Site Surveys
Before the decision is made to order security products, many
customers require a visit by one of our sales representatives
to demonstrate the products and survey the items / location
to be secured to provide a detailed quotation.
Detailed Site Consultation
During our daily functions we visit 100s of companies a year,
we are in an excellent position to offer informed advice in
the form of formal surveys and reports about building and
product security for our customers. Many of our clients who
are expanding into new premises, or relocating offices benefit
greatly from our consultancy services - We can be on hand
to help make sure the planning of proposed offices takes into
account the many aspects of security that are a crucial part
of the running of a modern office. We also often help out
to plan schedules and completion dates of projects to make
sure the premises are fully secure before computers etc. are
moved in.
Installation Services
As previously mentioned we can install every product from
our range. Our dedicated installation team pride themselves
on quick response and providing the best service available.
Our installation methods are approved by insurance companies
and the LPCB, and we only use the highest quality heavy duty
fixings available, unlike our competitors - Remember, a security
product is only as secure as the bolts that hold it down.
We understand the importance of quickly securing our customer's
equipment, and causing the minimum amount of disturbance to
the smooth running of their business.

Trade In/Relocations
When moving an existing office, we often help out to move
and refit existing security products (even if they are not
our products, we are capable of moving and refitting) We also
offer a generous trade-in option for unwanted items, to go
against purchases of new products.
After Care
We have many long-term repeat customers, as we offer
excellent after-sale care. After your initial order should
you require an item to be moved, or add a new item to your
system, you will benefit from the same great service and care
that we provided when the items were first installed.
Regular Security Checks
It is often difficult to keep track of large computer systems
that are constantly changing. With some of our larger customers,
we also provide a regular survey check of all existing security
systems at certain points of the year (as required) to check
that everything is still secured correctly and check if any
new items require security, or if anything has been moved.
